KOKO Collection offers Free Shipping on all orders $50 or more.
Our default shipping method is via USPS or UPS.
You can expect your order to be shipped within 1-5 business days from date of order, excluding holidays. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the nature of your order and the current demand.
We only ship within the United States of America. 

 

Delays

If your order happens to experience a delay beyond our expected delivery times, such as restocking, we will notify you

 

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, you may return for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow the below steps: 

  1. Email us at info@shopkokocollection.com including: 

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you intend to return

  • Reason for return 

Customers will receive a store credit equal to the value of the item(s) being returned. Store credits never expire. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. 

Once the return is received, we will email you to confirm the completion of the return process and details about the store credit.



Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is damaged or defected, please email us with a description along with photographs. We kindly request that this is submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.


Lost or Stolen Packages

When placing an order please ensure the correct delivery address is entered as we are not responsible for shipments that are sent to the wrong address. 

We are not responsible for any packages that can not be located due to being lost or stolen but have been marked delivered. Please contact the courier service to initiate a claim first. If unsuccessful please reach out and we will try to assist you to the best of our ability.

Packages returned to us due unsuccessful delivery attempt(s) or due to an insufficient address  can be reshipped at request, however, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for reshipping.
